At LEONETTI+co Salon, we are committed to delivering an exceptional, luxury experience for every guest. To ensure the highest level of service and respect for both our clients and team, we kindly ask that you review our policies below.

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. This allows us to secure your time with our team and maintain availability for all clients.

Consultations are highly recommended, especially for colour corrections, extensions, or major transformations. This ensures clear expectations regarding timing, maintenance, and investment. All of our Consultations are complimentary.

We understand that schedules change and unforeseen circumstances arise. We are happy to accommodate changes with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service 
• Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the service fee
• Out of respect for all guests, late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or the need to reschedule. Full service charges may still apply.

All retail purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any retail products.

• A deposit is required for all extension services 
• All extension deposits are non-refundable 
• Extension hair must be picked up within 4 weeks of purchase 
• Hair not collected within this time frame may no longer be guaranteed or may be subject to forfeiture

Proper at-home care and maintenance are essential for the longevity of your extensions. LEONETTI+co Salon is not responsible for issues resulting from improper care, use of non-recommended products, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please notify us as immediately so we can assess and make any necessary adjustments. All service adjustments must be completed within 14 days of the original service. Adjustments do not include a change in style, tone preference, or a new service request.

All service prices are starting prices and may vary based on hair length, density, and the complexity of the service. Additional charges may apply for extra time or product required.

Gift cards are non-refundable, non- transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  Gift cards must be presented at the time of service. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

LEONETTI+co Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, repeated last-minute cancellations, or failure to comply with salon policies.

For your safety, please be aware that salon floors may occasionally become wet or slippery due to hair services, washing, and colour treatments. We take every precaution to maintain a clean and safe environment, but we kindly ask all guests to exercise care while moving through the salon.

LEONETTI+co Salon is not liable for any slips, trips, or falls that may occur on the premises.

While we take great care in maintaining a safe environment, LEONETTI+co Salon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

For the safety and security of our clients, team, and space, LEONETTI+co Salon is equipped with video surveillance in common areas. All recordings are used strictly for security purposes.

While we strive to achieve your desired result, the integrity of your hair is our top priority. LEONETTI+co Salon reserves the right to modify or refuse a chemical service if we believe it may compromise the health of your hair.

Results may vary depending on your health history, hair history, and multiple sessions may be required to achieve your goal.

Please inform your stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your service. LEONETTI+co Salon is not responsible for reactions if not disclosed in advance.
